SolChat Plus Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SolChat Plus, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Service Description
SolChat Plus provides communications, social/community, non-custodial blockchain interaction, payments, swaps, token-launch integrations, gift-card integrations, rankings/rewards, voice/video calling, search, profile, QR, deep-link, backup, and related functionality. Features may change, be suspended, or vary by jurisdiction, device, network, provider, or availability.
3. Eligibility
You must have legal capacity to agree to these Terms and meet applicable minimum-age requirements. You may not use a feature if its use is prohibited or regulated in your jurisdiction in a manner that makes your use unlawful.
4. Wallets and Non-Custodial Model
SolChat Plus does not custody user private keys or seed phrases. Wallet authorization is controlled by the user and/or the user's wallet provider. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, reviewing signature and transaction requests, and maintaining access to your wallet. SolChat Plus cannot recover a lost seed phrase or reverse an authorized blockchain transaction.
5. Blockchain Risks
Blockchain networks may experience congestion, forks, outages, exploits, validator/RPC failures, transaction failures, delays, fee changes, protocol changes, or other events outside our control. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Digital assets may lose some or all value.
6. Payments, Tips and Transfers
Users may initiate SOL or supported SPL-token transfers, SCP tips, splits, and other supported transactions. You are responsible for recipient addresses, amounts, token selections, and wallet approvals. Transactions sent to an incorrect address may be unrecoverable.
7. Swaps and 5% Service Fee
Swap functionality may use Jupiter or other integrated routing/liquidity infrastructure. Quotes can change before confirmation. Where disclosed in the transaction flow, SolChat Plus charges a 5% service fee for covered swaps/transactions. Network fees, slippage, price impact, liquidity effects, and third-party charges may apply separately. A quote is not a guarantee of final execution price.
8. No Investment, Financial, Legal or Tax Advice
Information in the Services—including prices, token information, charts, rankings, quotes, community statements, or links—is provided for functionality/information and is not investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. SolChat Plus does not guarantee profits, returns, token value, liquidity, or suitability.
9. Token Launcher
Token-launch functionality may use Bags.gg or other infrastructure to facilitate creation of SPL tokens. The user creating or promoting a token is solely responsible for its name, metadata, intellectual-property rights, disclosures, legality, distribution, promotion, economics, tax/regulatory consequences, and compliance. SolChat Plus does not endorse a token merely because tooling makes its creation accessible.
10. Gift Cards and Third-Party Purchases
Gift-card functionality may be fulfilled by Bitrefill or another third party. Availability, fulfillment, redemption, refunds, merchant restrictions, geographic restrictions, and provider terms are controlled by the applicable provider. Blockchain payments may be irreversible even when a third-party fulfillment dispute occurs.
11. Points, Rankings and Rewards
Points, rankings, SocialFi rewards, and promotional incentives are features, not bank deposits, wages, guaranteed entitlements, or promises of future value. We may establish limits, qualification rules, anti-abuse rules, expiration rules, or corrections. Manipulated, automated, fraudulent, duplicated-device, or otherwise abusive activity may be excluded.
12. User-Generated Content
Users retain rights they lawfully hold in content they submit. By submitting content, users grant SolChat Plus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, transmit, display, format, and otherwise process that content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, promote where expressly authorized, and improve the Services, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
13. Prohibited Content and Conduct
Users must not post, transmit, solicit, promote, or facilitate unlawful content; pornography or sexually explicit prohibited content; exploitation of minors; threats or gratuitous real-world violence; self-harm promotion; deceptive health claims; fraud; scams; phishing; impersonation; malware; unauthorized access; harassment; hateful or abusive conduct prohibited by applicable law; intellectual-property infringement; deliberate misinformation designed to cause unlawful harm; spam; manipulation of rewards/rankings; or activity intended to bypass security, moderation, sanctions, or platform controls.
14. Communities, Moderation, Reporting and Blocking
Users can use available reporting and blocking tools. Community administrators and SolChat Plus may moderate content and membership. We may investigate reports and remove content, limit distribution, restrict functionality, suspend, ban, or terminate accounts/communities when reasonably believed necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain platform integrity.
15. Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints
Users may only upload content they own or are authorized to use. Rights holders may submit infringement complaints through the official support/legal contact published by SolChat Plus, identifying the protected work, allegedly infringing material, location of the material, contact information, and a good-faith basis for the complaint. We may remove or restrict allegedly infringing content and address repeat infringement as appropriate.
16. Calls and Communications
Voice/video services may rely on ZEGOCLOUD or other providers. Call availability and quality are not guaranteed. Users must comply with laws governing recording, consent, privacy, harassment, and communications. Do not record another person without any consent required by applicable law.
17. Third-Party Services
SolChat Plus may integrate Google/Firebase, Google Drive, Solana/RPC providers, Jupiter, Bags.gg, Bitrefill, DexScreener, ZEGOCLOUD, wallet applications, external games, and other services. Third-party services are independently operated and may impose separate terms. We are not responsible for independent third-party acts, omissions, availability, content, or contractual obligations to the maximum extent permitted by law.
18. Security and Account Integrity
You must not attempt to circumvent App Check, Firestore/security rules, rate limits, device-based controls, authentication, anti-fraud systems, access controls, or moderation systems. Security research must not harm users, access data without authorization, disrupt service, or violate applicable law.
19. Compliance, Sanctions and Illegal Activity
Users may not use the Services to violate applicable sanctions, anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorist-financing, fraud, consumer-protection, securities, commodities, payments, tax, export-control, or other applicable laws. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for compliance or risk management. SolChat Plus does not represent that every feature is lawful or available in every jurisdiction.
20. Taxes
Users are responsible for determining and satisfying taxes, reporting duties, withholding obligations, and other governmental charges arising from their transactions, rewards, token activities, purchases, or use of the Services.
21. Privacy
Use of the Services is subject to the SolChat Plus Privacy Policy, which describes processing of account, device, communications, transaction, security, and other information, as well as deletion and privacy-rights mechanisms.
22. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access, content, accounts, communities, or features for violations, security threats, fraud/abuse, legal requirements, third-party dependency changes, or material risk to users or the Services. Users may stop using the Services and may request deletion of eligible off-chain account data as described in the Privacy Policy.
23. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, PROFITABILITY, SECURITY, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.
24. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOLCHAT PLUS AND ITS DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, PERSONNEL, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DIGITAL ASSETS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR LOSSES CAUSED BY WALLET COMPROMISE, USER ERROR, BLOCKCHAIN CONDITIONS, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, TOKEN VOLATILITY, SLIPPAGE, OR NETWORK FAILURE, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT LEGALLY BE LIMITED.
25. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SolChat Plus and its operators from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, your content, your token creation/promotion, infringement by content you submit, or material breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.
26. Changes to Services and Terms
We may update features and these Terms. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where legally permitted; where consent is required, we will request it.
27. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply based on the user's residence. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in accordance with established legal procedures.
28. Severability and Entire Agreement
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remainder will continue in effect. These Terms, together with incorporated policies and feature-specific disclosures, form the agreement governing the Services unless another written agreement expressly applies.

Términos de Servicio de SolChat Plus
1. Aceptación de Términos
Al acceder o usar SolChat Plus, aceptas estos Términos y la Política de Privacidad. Si no estás de acuerdo, no utilices los Servicios.
2. Descripción del Servicio
SolChat Plus proporciona comunicaciones, funciones sociales/comunitarias, interacción blockchain no custodial, pagos, swaps, integración de lanzamiento de tokens, integración de tarjetas de regalo, clasificaciones/recompensas, llamadas de voz/video, búsqueda, perfil, QR, enlaces profundos y respaldos.
3. Elegibilidad
Debes tener capacidad legal para aceptar estos Términos y cumplir con los requisitos de edad mínima aplicables en tu jurisdicción.
4. Billeteras y Modelo Sin Custodia
SolChat Plus no custodia claves privadas ni frases semilla. La autorización de la billetera es controlada únicamente por el usuario. SolChat Plus no puede recuperar frases semilla perdidas ni revertir transacciones blockchain autorizadas.
5. Riesgos de Blockchain
Las redes blockchain pueden experimentar congestión, bifurcaciones, interrupciones, fallos de RPC/validadores e irreversibilidad de transacciones.
6. Pagos, Propinas y Transferencias
Los usuarios pueden iniciar transferencias de SOL o tokens SPL, propinas SCP y divisiones de pago. Eres responsable de las direcciones de destino y confirmaciones.
7. Swaps y Tarifa de Servicio del 5%
La funcionalidad de intercambio utiliza Jupiter u otra infraestructura de enrutamiento. SolChat Plus cobra una tarifa de servicio del 5% sobre los swaps cubiertos divulgados en el flujo de la transacción.
8. Sin Asesoramiento Financiero, Legal o Fiscal
Toda la información (precios, gráficos, cotizaciones) se proporciona únicamente con fines funcionales e informativos y no constituye asesoramiento financiero o legal.
9. Lanzador de Tokens
La creación de tokens SPL se facilita mediante Bags.gg u otra infraestructura. El usuario creador es el único responsable de su legalidad, metadatos y distribución.
10. Tarjetas de Regalo y Compras a Terceros
Las tarjetas de regalo pueden ser cumplidas por Bitrefill u otros terceros bajo sus propios términos y condiciones.
11. Puntos, Clasificaciones y Recompensas
Los puntos SocialFi e incentivos son características del servicio, no depósitos bancarios ni promesas de valor futuro. Se prohíben conductas fraudulentas o duplicadas.
12. Contenido Generado por el Usuario
Los usuarios conservan los derechos sobre su contenido y otorgan a SolChat Plus una licencia mundial no exclusiva para operar, moderar y procesar dicho contenido.
13. Contenido y Conducta Prohibida
Se prohíbe el contenido ilegal, la pornografía, explotación de menores, violencia, fraudes, estafas, phishing, suplantación de identidad, malware y spam.
14. Comunidades, Moderación, Reportes y Bloqueo
Disponemos de herramientas de reporte y bloqueo. Podemos restringir o suspender cuentas o comunidades para proteger la integridad de la plataforma.
15. Reclamos de Derechos de Autor y Propiedad Intelectual
Los titulares de derechos pueden enviar reclamos de infracción a nuestro contacto oficial de soporte/legal para la retirada de material infractor.
16. Llamadas y Comunicaciones
Las llamadas de voz/video pueden utilizar ZEGOCLOUD. Debes cumplir con las leyes locales sobre grabación y consentimiento de comunicaciones.
17. Servicios de Terceros
Integraciones con Google/Firebase, Solana RPC, Jupiter, Bags.gg, Bitrefill, DexScreener y ZEGOCLOUD operan bajo sus propios términos independientes.
18. Seguridad e Integridad de la Cuenta
No se permite eludir App Check, reglas de Firestore, controles de velocidad ni mecanismos de autenticación.
19. Cumplimiento, Sanciones y Actividad Ilegal
Los usuarios no pueden usar los Servicios para violar sanciones internacionales, lavado de dinero o regulaciones financieras.
20. Impuestos
Cada usuario es responsable de determinar y pagar las obligaciones fiscales derivadas de sus transacciones y actividades.
21. Privacidad
El uso de los Servicios está sujeto a nuestra Política de Privacidad de SolChat Plus.
22. Suspensión y Terminación
Podemos suspender o terminar el acceso a cuentas o funciones por violaciones de estos Términos o riesgos de seguridad.
23. Exclusión de Garantías
LOS SERVICIOS SE PROPORCIONAN "TAL CUAL" Y "SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD", SIN GARANTÍAS DE NINGÚN TIPO EN LA MEDIDA MÁXIMA PERMITIDA POR LA LEY.
24. Limitación de Responsabilidad
EN LA MEDIDA PERMITIDA POR LA LEY, SOLCHAT PLUS NO SERÁ RESPONSABLE POR DAÑOS INDIRECTOS, PÉRDIDA DE ACTIVOS DIGITALES O FALLAS DE RED.
25. Indemnización
Aceptas indemnizar y mantener indemne a SolChat Plus frente a reclamos de terceros derivados de tu uso ilegal o incumplimiento de estos Términos.
26. Cambios en los Servicios y Términos
Podemos actualizar estos Términos periódicamente. El uso continuado después de las actualizaciones constituye la aceptación de los mismos.
27. Ley Aplicable y Disputas
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes aplicables sin perjuicio de los derechos del consumidor en tu lugar de residencia.
28. Divisibilidad y Acuerdo Completo
Si alguna disposición resulta inaplicable, las demás seguirán vigentes. Estos Términos constituyen el acuerdo completo entre las partes.

7. 代币兑换与 5% 服务费
兑换功能整合了 Jupiter 等基础设施。SolChat Plus 对涵盖的兑换收取 5% 服务费。
8. 无投资与法律建议
平台上的价格、图表和信息仅供参考，不构成任何投资或法律建议。
9. 代币发行器
通过 Bags.gg 发行代币由创建者自行承担合规与法律责任。
10. 礼品卡服务
礼品卡由 Bitrefill 等第三方提供，受第三方条款约束。
11. 积分与奖励
SocialFi 积分和奖励为功能性设计，禁止任何作弊或欺诈行为。
12. 用户生成内容
用户保留其内容的所有权，授权 SolChat Plus 必要的运营许可。
13. 禁止内容与行为
严禁违法、诈骗、钓鱼、恶意软件、侵权及网络骚扰行为。
14. 社区与审核
我们提供举报与屏蔽工具，并保留违规账号的处理权利。
15. 知识产权投诉

16. 通话与通信
音视频服务依赖 ZEGOCLOUD 等第三方提供商。
17. 第三方服务

SolChat Plus 利用規約

3. 利用資格

4. ウォレットとノンカストディアルモデル
当社は秘密鍵を保管しません。ユーザーがウォレットの安全と承認の全責任を負います。
5. ブロックチェーンのリスク
ネットワークの混雑、障害、不可逆的な取引に関するリスクを承認するものとします。
6. 決済・送金・チップ
SOL および SPL トークンの送金が可能です。送金先アドレスの確認はユーザーの責任です。
7. スワップと 5% のサービス手数料
Jupiter を使用したスワップ機能において、明示された対象取引に対して 5% の手数料が適用されます。
8. 助言の非該当
表示される価格や情報は情報提供のみを目的としており、投資や法的助言ではありません。
9. トークンランチャー
Bags.gg を使用したトークン作成は、作成者の自己責任において行われます。
10. ギフトカード
Bitrefill 等のサードパーティ事業者により提供されます。
11. ポイントと報酬
SocialFi ポイントや報酬はサービス上の機能であり、将来の価値を保証するものではありません。
12. ユーザーコンテンツ
ユーザーはコンテンツの権利を保持し、当社に運用に必要な非独占的ライセンスを付与します。
13. 禁止事項
違法行為、詐欺、フィッシング、スパム、ハラスメント、権利侵害行為を禁止します。
14. モデレーションと報告
通報およびブロックツールを提供し、違反アカウントの制限を行う権利を留保します。
15. 著作権侵害の申立て
権利侵害の申立ては legal@solchatplus.com までお送りください。
16. 通話機能
音声・ビデオ通話は ZEGOCLOUD 等のプロバイダを利用します。
17. サードパーティサービス
Google/Firebase, Solana RPC, Jupiter, Bags.gg, Bitrefill, ZEGOCLOUD 等と連携しています。
18. セキュリティ
セキュリティルールや認証の回避行為を禁止します。
19. コンプライアンス
制裁法規やマネーロンダリング防止法への違反行為を禁止します。
20. 税金
取引から生じる納税義務はユーザーが負うものとします。
21. プライバシー
個人情報の取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーに従います。
22. 利用停止と終了
規約違反が発生した場合、サービスの利用を停止することがあります。
23. 保証の否認
本サービスは「現状有姿」で提供され、明示または黙示の保証を行いません。
24. 責任の制限
法律の許す限り、間接的損害や暗号資産の損失について責任を負いません。
25. 補償
ユーザーの違反行為に起因する第三者からの請求について、当社を補償することに同意します。
26. 規約の変更
規約は随時更新される場合があり、継続利用により同意したものとみなされます。
27. 準拠法
本規約は適用される法律に準拠します。
28. 完全合意
本規約は、本サービスに関する完全な合意を構成します。
