This Privacy Policy describes how SolChat Plus ("SolChat Plus," "we," "us," or "our") processes information when you access or use the SolChat Plus mobile application, websites, hosted pages, cloud functions, APIs, deep links, blockchain-enabled features, communications features, communities, rewards features, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

2. Important Blockchain Privacy Notice

Public blockchains are transparent and generally immutable. Information written to the Solana blockchain—including public wallet addresses, transaction signatures, token transfers, token mint activity, amounts, timestamps, program interactions, and related on-chain records—may be visible worldwide and may remain publicly accessible indefinitely. Users should not place sensitive personal information in blockchain transaction memos or public profile fields.

3. Eligibility and Minors

The Services are not directed to children. Users must satisfy the minimum age required to consent to processing and to use the applicable Services in their jurisdiction.

4. Categories of Information We Process

4.1 Account and Profile Information

Username, display name, avatar, selected NFT profile image, Firebase user identifier, public wallet address, profile settings, language, theme, QR-related profile information, and community memberships.

4.2 Wallet and Authentication Information

Public wallet addresses, wallet-connection state, authentication challenges, cryptographic signatures used to prove wallet control, and session information. SolChat Plus does not request or store wallet seed phrases or private keys.

4.3 Communications and User-Generated Content

Text messages, images, stickers, status content, group/community content, reports, moderation records, user-block relationships, message metadata, and timestamps.

4.4 Device, Security, and Technical Information

Device model, OS and app version, IP address, diagnostic events, crash reports, push-notification tokens, security logs, App Check signals, and pseudonymous anti-abuse hashes.

4.5 Transaction and Feature Activity

Records necessary to support SOL/SPL transfers, SCP tips, split payments, swaps, fee calculations, token-launch actions, gift-card purchase flows, points, rankings, rewards, and referrals.

4.6 Call Information

Voice/video functionality requires call/session identifiers, participant identifiers, timestamps, connection state, quality information, and real-time audio/video streams transmitted via ZEGOCLOUD.

5. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and maintain the Services, authenticate users, restore sessions, deliver messages, connect calls, process user-requested blockchain interactions, calculate swap fees, maintain points, prevent fraud/spam/abuse, enforce terms, and comply with law.

6. Mobile Wallet Adapter and Non-Custodial Authentication

Wallet authentication may use Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter or compatible wallet mechanisms. SolChat Plus is non-custodial with respect to user wallet keys: we do not possess, recover, back up, or control private keys or seed phrases.

7. Messaging, Communities, Reports, Moderation and Blocking

SolChat Plus enables private/group communications and community participation. Content and metadata may be processed as necessary to operate moderation, reporting, and self-help blocking controls.

8. Bots and Automated Features

Bot commands process command text, wallet identifiers, and context needed to execute commands via cloud functions or third-party APIs.

9. Payments, SOL, SPL Tokens, Tips and Splits

When users initiate payments, tips, or split-payment functionality, we process information needed to construct and route the transaction. Final authorization occurs through the user's wallet.

10. Swaps and Fees

Swap functionality obtains quotations from third-party liquidity services such as Jupiter. Where the app charges a 5% service fee for a covered swap, the fee is presented in the transaction flow before authorization.

11. Token Launcher

The Token Launcher facilitates creation of SPL tokens through integrated infrastructure, including Bags.gg. Token metadata submitted becomes public and may be permanently recorded on-chain.

12. Gift Cards

Gift-card functionality connects users to third-party providers such as Bitrefill. Product selection and limited purchase status are processed under provider terms.

13. Points, Rankings and Anti-Abuse

Points, rankings, and SocialFi rewards are calculated based on qualifying activity. Device-derived identifiers and abuse signals protect system integrity against automation and fraud.

14. Voice and Video Calls

Real-time voice and video functionality is provided using ZEGOCLOUD/Zego services under their applicable privacy terms.

15. Backups and Google Drive

If a user enables optional Google Drive backup, selected app data is stored in the user's personal Google account environment.

16. Search, Contacts, QR Codes and Deep Links

Search processes usernames or wallet addresses. Contact list access is strictly subject to explicit user permission in device settings.

17. External Games and Links

When users navigate to external websites, dApps, or games, third-party operators collect information under their own privacy policies.

18. Third-Party Service Providers and Integrations

Integrations include Google/Firebase, Solana/RPC nodes, Jupiter, Bags.gg, Bitrefill, DexScreener, ZEGOCLOUD, Google Drive, and compatible wallet apps.

19. Disclosures of Information

Information may be disclosed to service providers supporting the app, at user direction, or when required by law enforcement or safety obligations.

20. Legal Bases Where Applicable

Processing under GDPR relies on contract performance, legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention), legal compliance, and consent.

21. Data Retention

Off-chain information is retained for as long as necessary for service functionality, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. On-chain data remains public on the Solana blockchain.

22. Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account and associated off-chain User Data via in-app settings or support contact. Deleting an account cannot remove public on-chain blockchain records.

23. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures (Firebase rules, App Check, encryption, access controls) to protect off-chain data.

24. User Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on jurisdiction, users have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, as well as disconnect wallets and revoke device permissions.

25. United States State Privacy Rights

California and US state residents have statutory rights concerning access, deletion, portability, and non-discrimination under CCPA/CPRA.

26. International Processing

Data may be processed across national borders using standard contractual clauses and legal transfer mechanisms.
